The South African Human Rights Commission in partnership with Cliffe Dekker Hofmeyr will be hosting a virtual Moot Court Preparatory Workshop aimed at preparing learners for the National School Moot Court Programme.

The National Schools Moot Court Programme is an annual programme aimed at raising the constitutional literacy of learners in high school. Learners are provided the opportunity to learn more about the Constitution and to make legal arguments based on case studies and relevant legislation. The National Schools Moot Court Programme nurtures legal skills and fosters an understanding of constitutional principles among high school learners.
