    7th Economic and Social Rights Report

    The Commission will launch its 7th Economic and Social Rights Report: Millennium Development Goals and the Progressive Realization of Economic and Social Rights in South Africa during November. Details of the launch will be posted soon.


    The Report follows the public hearings that were held in 2009 and is aimed at critically assessing the progress of Economic and Social Rights in the context of South Africa’s commitment to meeting the MDGs.
