Media Alert: South African Human Rights Commission in collaboration with the University of Johannesburg to host a dialogue on cyberbullying and rape culture at tertiary institutions

The South African Human Rights Commission (“the Commission”) Gauteng Provincial Office in collaboration with the University of Johannesburg Community Engagement, Government and Stakeholder Relations and UJFM will host a dialogue on the theme “Cyberbullying and rape culture at tertiary institutions”

The purpose of the dialogue is to explore the role of universities in tackling the scourge of rape culture and to advocate and educate the student community about the possible dangers of cyberbullying and to look at best practices in cyberbullying prevention.

Details of the dialogue are as follows:
