The interventions are designed to raise awareness on children’s rights and responsibilities, the Commissions Child Friendly Complaints Mechanisms; and to address some of the human rights challenges that were raised by the local war-room i.e. challenges with access to water in the Hopewell area, abuse of older persons (including rape) etc.
The interventions will provide a platform for communities and learners to engage directly with the Commission on matters that affect them and to lodge complaints with the Commission.
