These engagements will be used as a platform to intensify awareness on pertinent issues relating to basic human rights such as access to justice and information. Furthermore, the events are also aimed at educating communities on the functions and mandate of the two institutions and their respective complaints handling procedures. It is envisaged that this exercise would increase the visibility of the Commissions in the area and also make them accessible to the community members in the area.
