Media Invite: SAHRC Mpumalanga Office hosts media press engagement

The South African Human Rights Commission (“the Commission”), Mpumalanga Provincial Office (MPO) will be hosting a media press dialogue discussion under the theme: “Media Informs, Educates and Transforms the Public.”

The main purpose of the discussion is to inform the media, stakeholders as well as the public at large about the achievements of the Commission in the realm of both advocacy and legal units in the province during the 2019/20 financial year. Furthermore, to strategise on how to work collaboratively to build knowledgeable communities and empower them to enjoy their right of access to information enshrined in section 32 of the Constitution, 1996.

The dialogue is scheduled to take place follows:
