Media Invite: SAHRC Mpumalanga Provincial Office to host capacity building workshop on the Bill of Rights

The South African Human Rights Commission (“the Commission”) will be hosting capacity building workshop to amplify basic human rights awareness with specific focus to the Bill of Rights as enshrined in Chapter 2 of the Constitution. 

The workshop is intended to equip rural communities with information on their human rights and responsibilities as well as the role and responsibilities of government in strengthening the promotion and protection of their rights.

The workshop is targeting learner representative council, public institutions representatives such as SAPS, DSD, Tribal Council, and youth organisations. The workshop is scheduled to take place as follows:
