The SAHRC KwaZulu-Natal Provincial Office will conduct training for civil society and government officials on pro-human rights budgeting and advocacy. The training session will be facilitated by the Centre for Economic Governance and Accountability in Africa (CEGAA).

The training session will capacitate participants on budget monitoring and expenditure tracking (BMET/ resource tracking); basics of economics; fiscal space; budgeting for impact; budget analysis; and basic resource/expenditure tracking techniques.

The training session is scheduled as follows:
