Media Invite: SAHRC Western Cape Provincial Office to have stakeholder meeting with the Western Cape Provincial Executive

The Constitution of the Republic requires all spheres of government and all organs of state within each sphere to secure the well-being of the people of South Africa; provide effective, transparent, accountable and coherent government for all people; and to co-operate with one another in mutual trust and good faith by fostering friendly relations; assisting and supporting one another; consulting one another on, matters of common interest; and adhering to agreed procedures.

In line with this objective set out in the Constitution, the WCPO will host a stakeholder meeting with the Executive on the work done and also reflect on the state of human rights in the province following various activities undertaken and complaints investigated by the WCPO.
