Media Advisory: SAHRC Gauteng Provincial Office to host a virtual preparatory workshop for the School Moot Court programme

The South African Human Rights Commission will be hosting a virtual Moot Court preparatory workshop aimed at preparing learners from the participating schools, for their provincial moot court oral rounds.

The National Schools Moot Court Competition is an annual programme aimed at raising the constitutional literacy of learners in high school.  Learners are provided the opportunity to learn more about the Constitution and to make legal arguments based on case studies and relevant legislation.
