The role of monitoring and assessing human rights and potential human rights violations provides an opportunity for the Commission to inspect areas of potential violations and facilitate redress where required.
Monitoring activities will include site visits of areas affected by service delivery, healthcare facilities, detention facilities and access to public transport for people living with disabilities.
