Media Invite: SAHRC Mpumalanga Provincial Office to host a provincial dialogue on Youth Day and Health

The South African Human Rights Commission (“the Commission”) will be hosting a provincial dialogue to deepen the understanding and culture of human rights with a specific focus on the right to healthcare under the theme: “The Impact of Substance Abuse on Youth’s Health”. 
 
As a way of observing Youth Month this year, the dialogue is aimed at discussing mechanisms and strategies to address challenges presented by substance abuse to the youth in the province. The discussions are intended to inform and empower the youth to avoid and make healthier personal choices when faced with substance abuse challenges.

The dialogue is scheduled to take place as follows:
Date: 22 June 2023
Venue: The Capital Hotel, Mbombela
Time: 09h00 to 14h00.
