The key objectives of the workshop is to promote a culture of human rights, to develop a better understanding of human rights and strengthen the realisation of human rights, to enable participants to assist in identifying human rights violations within the communities that they serve, enable participants to refer complaints to the Commission, to popularise the Commissions Equality Toolkit, to enable participants to further conduct human rights and constitutional awareness with their communities, enhance sustainable working relationships and to establish and recognise participants as Human Rights Champions.
