Media Advisory: The SAHRC, Limpopo Provincial Office together with the University of Venda to host and facilitate a conference on the promotion of social cohesion and eradicating tribalism in the Limpopo Province

The South African Human Rights Commission (SAHRC) Limpopo Provincial Office and the University of Venda (UNIVEN) have jointly undertaken to host and facilitate a conference on the promotion of social cohesion and eradicating tribalism in the Limpopo Province.
The conference will feature various stakeholders in the province who form a strong backbone of the province's social landscape and general influence and who can play a pivotal role in advancing Human Rights.
The conference aims to address tribalism as a systemic human rights violation and to further advance the two institution’s objectives of advancing and protecting the people’s rights.
The conference is scheduled as follows:
