MEDIA ADVISORY: SAHRC IN FREE STATE WILL CONDUCT LEGAL CLINICS IN THE TOKOLOGO LOCAL MUNICIPALITY

Attention: Editors and Reporters

The South African Human Rights Commission’s (SAHRC/ Commission) Free State Provincial Office will conduct legal clinics across Tokologo Local Municipality and part of Tswelopele Local Municipality to carry out its mandate, which involves informing residents about their rights as outlined in Chapter Two of the Constitution.

Furthermore, these clinics will provide opportunity to citizens to seek counsel and/or file complaints with the SAHRC in instances affecting their basic rights.

Having stated the foregoing, the Commission will be visiting the following regions, as specified and scheduled below:

  • 19-August 2024 – Dealesville  
  • 20-August 2024 – Boshof
  • 21-August 2024 – Hertzogville
  • 22-August 2024 – Bultfontein (Tswelopele)
