The event will share valuable messages about the the importance of human rights and how communities can actively engage in promoting, protecting and monitoring the observance of human rights in their immediate environments and respective communities. Representatives from oversight bodies, government departments, public entities, and civil society organisations will be present to address human rights challenges and inform the public about available services. Participating organisations will also provide on-site assistance to community members in line with their respective mandates.
