Shareholders show of unity

04 April 2018

In a unanimous show of unity by its members the SA Country Clubs have invited representatives from the SA Harness Racing Club based at Globe Derby Park to attend and participate in future Country Club Meetings.
SAHRC welcome this initiative and look forward to working in unison with all SA harness clubs for the betterment of harness racing in this State. This initiative represents a positive step for all HRSA shareholders to jointly address not only industry issues but to also assist each member club to plan and move forward within a mutually supportive framework.  Topics such as the Cunningham Report, Industry Development, stake money and racing are just some of the issues to be evaluated and acted upon through these discussions. It is felt this body will have an informed position on racing issues in the state and therefore be in a strong position to recommend necessary change.
