Parliament now appears to starting on a process of dealing with a set of recommendations that will several of the Chapter Nine institutions like the Commission for Gender Equality and the Human Rights Commission being merged into one group – Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly, Lechesa Tsenoli joins Stephen Grootes in the line for more on this.
