    Former government worker found guilty of hate speech

    JOHANNESBURG - The Equality Court found former government employee, Velaphi Khumalo, guilty of hate speech.
    He called for ethnic cleansing in the country.

    Following a number of complaints, the South African Human Rights Commission approached the equality court.

    Khumalo has been ordered to make a public apology.
    He will also have to remove the post from all social media platforms.
    The matter is now being referred to the National Prosecuting Authority.
