The South African Human Rights Commission invites scholars, thinkers, creatives, researchers, practitioners, civil society actors and other interested contributors to submit book chapters that critically engage with question of land justice as per section 25(7) of the Constitution in South Africa. Building on the Commission’s recent Constitutional Dialogue on Land, Human Rights and Spatial Justice, this call seeks to deepen the conversation and interrogate the historical, constitutional, legal, political, social and economic dimensions of land justice. We invite contributions that offer critical analysis, grounded research and transformative perspectives that can advance thinking and practice in this area. For more, please see the pamphlet.
