The South African Human Rights Commission (SAHRC/the Commission) in collaboration with the Eastern Cape Department of Education (ECDOE) and the Department of Justice and Constitutional Development (DoJ&CD), will host the provincial rounds of the National Schools Moot Court Programme (NSMCP) on 06-08 September 2024. Ten schools will compete in the provincial oral rounds, with the goal of selecting four schools to represent the Eastern Cape Province in the forthcoming national competition, which will take place later this year at the Constitutional Court (ConCourt) in Gauteng.
